Shipping Policy
All orders ship free within the United States — no minimum, no surprises at checkout. DHL Free Shipping arrives in 3–9 business days, and DHL Express Delivery is available for $3.50 at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at onlineoutleteua@gmail.com and we'll track it down for you. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — once a package has shipped, we're unable to reroute it.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange — even if there's nothing wrong with the item. Items should be in their original condition and packaging. Every product also carries a minimum 90-day warranty: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within that window, we'll replace it or refund you.
Please contact our support team before returning any item. Email onlineoutleteua@gmail.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and a brief reason — plus a photo if it arrived damaged. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is reviewed. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without authorization can't be processed. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
